(Miami Port Shuttle Service) is subject to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By

agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the conditions of use listed

By agreeing to these terms of service, you also confirm that you understand how our service works. For clarification please

contact us prior to agreeing to these terms.

 

Protecting your privacy is very important to us. We created this privacy statement as our commitment to

our customers.

 

 

Information of Use:

The information we collect through our site is not used for commercial or marketing purposes. We don't sell or

disclose any information to third parties other than our partners. We may share personal information such as name,

phone number or pick up information to selected partners in order to provide the requested service.

This site may contain links to other sites. www.miamiportshuttle.net is not responsible for the privacy

practices or the content of such websites. The responsibility for any service, product or affiliation

suggested, offered or provided is entirely of the owners of the site visited through the links provided.

 

Quote(s): All quotes are subject to change at any time based on availability. All quotes sent to you by

email are 100% honored. To confirm your quote a credit card or debit card must be provided. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your reservation is confirmed.

 

Reservation(s):

Any information collected through our site forms are used to process a non-confirmed reservation. All reservations must be confirmed by phone or by receiving an email confirmation within 24-72 hours after submitting your request. A valid credit card or debit card must be provided to confirm your reservation.

At no time is www.miamiportshuttle.net responsible for a non confirmed booking. A non confirmed

booking or reservation is such reservation made without providing credit card or debit card information.

 

 

Payment:

When confirming your reservation with your credit card or debit card payment is not processed until

24 hours prior day of service. Please note a processing fee of up to $2.00 USD may apply - you also have

the option to pay in cash which means credit card or debit card is used to secure your reservation. But, it

will not be charged and our driver will collect the cash payment from you on service day.

 

 

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior the schedule service date. Customer must notify our

company by phone to cancel their booking or to make any changes such as times and number of

passengers. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of schedule service is not refundable.

 

Flight Cancellations and Delays Due to Airlines:

Failure to contact a Miami Port Shuttle with flight cancellation or delay information in a timely manner

may be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare. Reservations impacted

by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for refund when a replacement reservation is made.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are only offered if: refunds are offered if your cruise/sailing is cancelled by your cruise company.

Flight cancellation, miss connections of flight which will cause you to miss your cruise sailing. Any

unforeseen family emergency causing you to cancel your cruise. You must contact our office within 24

hours to advise you need to cancel your reservation. Please note we might ask you for supporting

documentation. Any other reason please contact our office and speak to one of our representative.

 

Reservation Abandonment:

Reservation abandonment occurs when the Operator cannot find the customer at the designated pick-up

location and cannot reach the customer for further instruction using the “Day of Travel” contact number

provided within a short, reasonable time period, so as not to jeopardize pick-up of other shared-ride

passengers.

 

Confirmed reservation(s):

By confirming your reservation you agree to our terms and conditions listed on

"Privacy & Cancellation policy" listed on our website www.miamiportshuttle.net

 

Lost Items: /a Miami Port Shuttle and its operators are not liable for lost items left behind in the vehicle

by a customer. However, Miami Port Shuttle does want to help customers reunite with lost items whenever

possible. If an item is lost, Miami Port Shuttle recommends the customer immediately contact our

representative at 786-290-2767 or 786-355-9040.

 

Returning lost items may incur delivery and/or shipping charges.

 

Personal Identification:

Our operators and staff reserve the right to request personal identification from customers with any

confirmed reservation with us. Failure to provide personal identification matching information on file

may result in the inability of the company to service the reservation.

 

Taxes and Fees other than the ones listed may apply depending on the company providing the service.

Please note all credit or debit cards are subject to a $2.00 USD processing fee.
